Build settlements on the dry prairie of southern Alberta. And build the irrigation canal system - the first of its kind in Canada - that would eventually turn it into today's rich farmland.

Along the way, those Mormon pioneers built the unique towns of Cardston, Magrath, Raymond and Stirling - all laid out according to a model community structure. The Plat of Zion, with wide avenues and a unique farm/urban interface.
